Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern science based forward thinking therapy, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuroscience and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). It helps clients make positive changes by focusing on their desired outcomes and future goals, rather than delving into past issues. Using relaxation techniques and guided visualisations, I will help clients access their subconscious mind to reduce anxiety, stress, and limiting beliefs, while enhancing motivation and confidence. This forward-focused therapy is ideal for those seeking quick, effective solutions to challenges such as anxiety, low mood, sleep issues, stress, and personal growth.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a relatively fast process. We generally recommend between 6 and 12 sessions for most people. For specific phobias only 4 sessions (inclusive of the free Initial Consultation) may be required. Smoking can be as little as a single 2 hour session.
