Initial Consultation – Free
The Initial Consultation is free of charge and lasts for up to an hour. It provides an opportunity for me to find out what you would like help with and what you wish to work on and change. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the techniques I use and what the sessions would involve. It is important that our expectations ‘fit’ and that we both feel comfortable about building a therapeutic relationship going forward. I shall also give you a link to my complimentary relaxation MP3.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.
